Central European Financial Services S.A. is a prominent asset management and investment banking boutique firm in Bucharest Romania.

In 2001, five Romanian partners with years of industry insight and investment experience set up CEFS. They had worked together since 1997, as investment bankers in foreign banks and fund managers for private eguity funds in firms such as Bank Austria (later CA-IB), Aliance Capital, GED Capital and the BIG group.

In addition to the partners, CEFS employs 3 analysts and 4 support staff.
